we understand that ordering online can be a little bit daunting but we really want you to feel confident and happy to purchase from Jurnii, and satisfied with your goods received.

if you are not 100% satisfied, just notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.  Once you hear back from us, simply return goods and we will happily exchange goods, or arrange a credit note, or provide a refund of the purchase price, for goods returned.  Just follow our “exchange and returns guideline” for how to return goods.

return shipping is at your cost, however, if the return is due to a manufacturer’s fault, damage during initial delivery or a mistake on our part, we will refund your return shipping costs to a maximum value of $10 – just return to us a copy of the original receipt being proof of your return shipping costs.

in the unlikely event you receive goods in a faulty condition, or goods were incorrectly sent to you, or you are not 100% satisfied with goods received - work with us by following these 3 easy steps below:

1.     notify us within 7 days of receiving your order

contact us by email and provide your contact details and information in relation to your return such as:

-         goods details

-         invoice number

-         date of purchase

-         reason for goods return

please await our reply email prior to returning goods or we may be unable to accept your return.  We will make all endeavours to contact you no later than the next business day and provide a “return authorisation number”.

2.     prepare goods for shipping

goods for return must be returned in an ‘as sold’ condition meaning: unworn, unused and unaltered, and with original tags and packaging.

please return ship goods within 48 hours of receiving our email and your return authorisation number from us.

please provide:

- a copy of the original invoice/shipping form

- the “return authorisation number”, and

- pack goods carefully to avoid damage in return shipping.

what happens next

once received, we will process your goods return request within 1-3 business days.  If a product has a minor defect, we will provide a repair or offer a replacement or full refund.  If the goods have a major defect, you are entitled to reject the goods and choose to receive an identical product or one of similar value (where reasonably available), or keep the goods and receive compensation for the drop in value caused by the defect.

any refund of monies will be paid using the original payment method.  Your financial institution may take 3 – 5 business days to process payment to you.

we are unable to refund, exchange or replace goods where, in our reasonable opinion, goods have become of unacceptable quality due to: general wear and tear; misuse; negligent damage whether unintentionally or otherwise; any attempt to repair or alter; failure to take all reasonable care; exposure to extreme heat or cold; theft, loss or damage in return shipment to us.

Jurnii bespoke custom made goods or goods which were altered at your request, cannot generally be returned unless due to manufacturing fault, damage during shipping or an error on our part.

sale, clearance or discontinued items can be returned for exchange unless otherwise stated in the website.

consumer guarantees apply under the Australian Consumer Law.  Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes the application of those guarantees.
